Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat yogurt or 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 jar prune baby food
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3 cups oats (i used 1/2 quick and 1/2 old fashioned)
- 1 cup dried cranberries or 1 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350*.
- 2 mix sugars, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk, prunes and vanilla.
- 3 combine all other ingredients with these.
- 4 mix all ingredients together.
- 5 pour into 9 x 13 pan.
- 6 bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
- 7 cut into bars, store tightly covered.
