Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup margarine (approx 1 stick)
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup onion
- 3 eggs
- 17 ounces whole kernel sweet corn, with liquid
- 17 ounces cream-style corn
- 8 1/2 ounces corn muffin mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat the oven to 350°f.
- 2 saute green peppers and onions in margarine.
- 3 combine the all ingrediants except for the cheese and mix well.
- 4 pour into a greased two quart casserole dish.
- 5 sprinkle with cheese and bake for 45-55 minutes.
- 6 let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
