Corn Mexicana

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 16 ounces corn (frozen, fresh or canned)
  • 1 (6 ounce) can green chili peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Recipe

  • 1 saute pepper and garlic until browned.
  • 2 add chile, spices, butter and corn.
  • 3 heat through and serve.
