- 16 ounces corn (frozen, fresh or canned)
- 1 (6 ounce) can green chili peppers
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon basil
Recipe
- 1 saute pepper and garlic until browned.
- 2 add chile, spices, butter and corn.
