- 3 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups cream or 2 cups half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients.
- 2 cut in 1/4 cup of butter.

- 6 bake on an ungreased pan in a hot oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
