- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 medium carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 for cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease a 9-inch round cake pan. dust with flour.
- 2 in bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

- 14 spread icing on cake when it is completely cooled.
