Bierocks Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 (8 ounce) crescent rolls
  • 1 cup american cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 shred cabbage.
  • 3 brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder,.
  • 4 and salt and pepper.
  • 5 drain fat.
  • 6 add cabbage and saurkraut.
  • 7 cook 3-4 min to soften cabbage.
  • 8 grease 9x13 pan.
  • 9 press 1 package of crescent rolls in bottom of pan.
  • 10 add ground beef mixture.
  • 11 top with cheese.
  • 12 put second package of crescent rolls on top.
  • 13 bake 20-25 minutes.
