Bierocks Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 (8 ounce) crescent rolls
- 1 cup american cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 shred cabbage.
- 3 brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder,.
- 4 and salt and pepper.
- 5 drain fat.
- 6 add cabbage and saurkraut.
- 7 cook 3-4 min to soften cabbage.
- 8 grease 9x13 pan.
- 9 press 1 package of crescent rolls in bottom of pan.
- 10 add ground beef mixture.
- 11 top with cheese.
- 12 put second package of crescent rolls on top.
- 13 bake 20-25 minutes.
