Bean And Pasta Soup

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, undrained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked egg noodles

Recipe

  • 1 in a 4 quart pot, cook onion, garlic, and garlic powder until tender.
  • 2 stir in canned soup, water, beans and seasonings (everything else but the noodles).
  • 3 boil, then reduce to low.
  • 4 cover and allow soup to simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 5 stir in pasta then cook for another 15 minutes.
  • 6 serve and enjoy!
