Baked Peameal Bacon And Eggs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 10 slices peameal bacon, trimmed of fat
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cover bottom of greased 9x13 " pan with bacon in rows.
  • 2 beat eggs in bowl. stir in milk.
  • 3 add flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. stir. pour over bacon.
  • 4 bake at 425' for 35 min until brown and crusty.
