Baked Parmesan Aspargus

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, washed and root end trimmed off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (asiago would also work)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
  • 2 lay asparagus flat in single layer on cooking sheet.
  • 3 brush asparagus with olive oil lightly.
  • 4 sprinkle sea salt over top of asparagus.
  • 5 sprinkle parmesan (or asiago) over top of salted asparagus.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
