Baked Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1/3 cup water (or milk)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 dice the apple and pour lemon juice over it (to prevent browning).
- 3 combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. add the apple, lemon juice and water and stir to combine.
- 4 pour into a round 2-cup pyrex dish. bake for 30 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
