Apple Cookies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

• Servings: 7
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2/3 cup raisins
• 1 cup apple

Recipe

• 1 mix the ingredients in order given
• 2 sift dry ingredients.
• 3 finely dice unpeeled apples ( i dont know that you cant peel them today).
• 4 drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
• 5 bake in 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.
