Banana Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sweet unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 cups quick oats
- 2 -3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
Recipe
- 1 cream the butter & sugar together then add the egg.
- 2 stir in the oats, bananas, salt, & cinnamon.
- 3 mix in the nuts & raisins (if using).
- 4 spread the mixture in a greased 9x13 pan then bake for 30-35 minutes on 350 degrees.
- 5 cool in the pan then cut into bars.
