Cousin Judy’s Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, cut in half, and yolks mashed in a bowl
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard (french's)
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar or 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt
  • paprika, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 combine the thoroughly mashed yolks with the mayonnaise and mustard.
  • 2 add in worcestershire sauce, old bay, vinegar, and pepper; stir to combine.
  • 3 taste and if needed, add salt.
  • 4 fill the whites evenly with the mixture and garnish each egg half with a sprinkle of paprika.
