- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
Recipe
- 1 heat oil (3-4 inches) to 375 degrees in deep fat fryer or skillet.
- 2 measure all ingredients into bowl; beat with beater until smooth.
- 3 drop level tablespoons into hot fat and fry about 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
