Cookie-stuffed Brownies

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 4 unsweetened chocolate squares (1 oz each)
• 3/4 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2 cups cookies (any kind)
• 1 cup nuts (your favorite, or raisins)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 line 13x9 inch baking pan with foil.
• 3 melt butter and chocolate.
• 4 stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla.
• 5 mix in flour until well blended.
• 6 stir in 1 cup of any kind of crushed cookies, and 1 cup of nuts or raisins.
• 7 pour into pan. sprinkle with second cup of cookies.
• 8 bake 30 to 35 minutes. cool and cut into squares.
• 9 (even better the next morning!).
