Cranberry Surprise -- Great Thanksgiving Dessert

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup flour, sifted
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 2 cups cranberries, whole (fresh or frozen)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 grease 10-inch pie pan.
• 3 in a medium bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour, pecans and cranberries.
• 4 pour into prepared pan.
• 5 bake 50-60 minutes.
• 6 best when served warm.
• 7 i usually make this by doubling the recipe. i bake it in a 13x9 pan for 70-80 minutes.
