Apple Tarragon Stuffing For Lamb

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 large granny smith apple, peeled,cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 5 cups dry bread, cubes
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, dried
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 saute the onions in the butter until translucent add apple, celery& parsley, mix well season with salt& pepper.
  • 2 add bread cubes and stir well so they soak up all the butter add remaining ingredients and mix well stuff the lamb.
