Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
• 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 (15 1/3 ounce) box apple cinnamon muffin mix, recipe calls for betty crocker fiber one apple cinnamon muffin mix
• 3/4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon water

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400°f spray bottom only of 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. in small bowl, mix all streusel ingredients except butter. cut in butter with fork until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
• 2 in medium bowl, stir muffin mix, water, oil and eggs just until blended (batter may be lumpy). spread in pan. sprinkle with streusel.
• 3 bake 24 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool 30 minutes.
• 4 in small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over coffee cake. serve warm or cooled.
