- 1 1/4 cups cooked squash
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon mace
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/3 cup apple cider
Recipe
- 1 place squash in buttered 1 ½ quart casserole. add butter, salt, mace, cinnamon and pepper.
- 2 pour cider over squash. cover and bake at 350* for 45 minutes, stirring once during baking.
