Apple Cider Gingerbread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup apple cider or 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger, minced

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2 into an 8 inch round cake pan, sift together the flour, brown sugar, ground ginger, and baking soda.
