Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 24 prepared tart shells
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 divide raisins among the tart shells.
- 2 in a bowl lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syup, butter& vanilla.
- 3 pour over raisins, filling 3/4 full.
- 4 bake 425 for about 15 min until they puff, they will drop down when taken out of the oven.
- 5 cool on wire rack.
