Best Ever Butter Tarts

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 24 prepared tart shells
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 divide raisins among the tart shells.
  • 2 in a bowl lightly beat together eggs, brown sugar, corn syup, butter& vanilla.
  • 3 pour over raisins, filling 3/4 full.
  • 4 bake 425 for about 15 min until they puff, they will drop down when taken out of the oven.
  • 5 cool on wire rack.
