- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup banana, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients together.
- 2 butter a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish and pour in custard mixture.
- 3 bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
