Baked Apples Filled With Sausage

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 6 large apples- granny smith apples
• 1 lb hot lamb sausage (your favorite brand)
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe

• 1 wash the apples and cut a slice off the top to make it even.
• 2 core the apples.
• 3 scoop out about half of the pulp in the apple leaving some.
• 4 combine the pulp that you scooped out with the sausage and the brown sugar.
• 5 fill the apples with the sausage mixture.
• 6 place in an 8x8 baking dish and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until it is done.
