Bisquick Chicken And Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

- 7 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
- 6 ounces canned carrots, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400°f grease a 10" round glass casserole dish.
- 2 rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
- 3 mix together the broccoli, carrots, 1 1/3 cups cheese, chicken, and onion right in the casserole dish.
- 4 beat milk, eggs, bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. pour on top of the chicken mixture that is in the casserole dish.
- 5 bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. top with remaining cheese. bake another couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
- 6 cool 5 minutes serve!
