Baked Cognac Carrots

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup cognac
  • 1 cup green seedless grape

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 combine the butter, sugar and salt in a large shallow baking dish.
  • 3 stir in the carrots and pour the cognac over top.
  • 4 cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the carrots are done as you like.
  • 5 stir in the grapes and serve.
