baked chicken dijon

Ingredients

- 3 cups bow tie pasta
- 2 cups cubed cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper
- 2 cups frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375.
- 2 grease 2 1/2 quart casserole.
- 3 cook and drain pasta as directed.
- 4 mix pasta, chicken, pepper, broccoli in casserole.
- 5 dish.
- 6 mix soup, broth, mustard and onion.
- 7 stir into pasta mixture.
- 8 sprinkle with cheese.
- 9 cover and bake 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
