Baked Chicken Dijon With Swiss Cheese

- 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 lb.)
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350°.
- 2 the sauce-in a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients; taste for seasoning and adjust.
- 3 place the chicken in a lightly sprayed or oiled 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (optional).
- 4 spread the sauce on top of the chicken.
