Cookies & Cream Banana Pie

Ingredients

• 20 oreo cookies
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 quart cookies & cream ice cream, softened slightly
• 1 large banana, thinly sliced
• hot fudge

Recipe

• 1 grind the cookies in processor.
• 2 place 2 tablespoons of crumbs into a small bowl; set aside for now.
• 3 add the melted butter to crumbs in the processor; blend until moist crumbs form.
• 4 press mixture bottom and sides of 9-inch metal pie pan and freeze until firm, 10 minutes.
• 5 spread half of the ice cream into the crust.
• 6 top pie with slices of banana and spread remaining ice cream over.
• 7 sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of crumbs over pie.
• 8 freeze until firm. serve with fudge sauce.
