Apple Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup self-rising flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups apples, chopped

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350º.
• 2 combine egg, sugar and oil.
• 3 mix until light yellow.
• 4 sift together flour and cinnamon.
• 5 stir into egg mixture, this will be very stiff.
• 6 add vanilla, stirring until well mixed.
• 7 add apples.
• 8 pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pan or pie plate.
• 9 bake 45 to 50 minutes.
