Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 cups flour
• 4 cups diced apples

Recipe

• 1 mix together first 8 ingredients and cream well. add in apples and pour into a greased oblong pan. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
