Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 5 baking apples
• 1 dash nutmeg and cinnamon
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 mix first 6 ingredients and pour into 9x13 greased cake pan. slice baking apples and place on top of batter.
• 2 combine 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and 3 tablespoons butter, mix together and sprinkle this mixture on top of batter. then sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top and bake in oven at 325f for one hour.
